Good questions. Clear next steps.
Get the details you need to plan your floor. If your question depends on the condition of your concrete or a specific product, include it in your estimate conversation.
Planning your floor
Which areas of Massachusetts do you cover?
Our ten service areas run from Worcester through Greater Boston, the North Shore, South Coast, and Cape Cod. Check the coverage list and contact us to confirm your exact address.
What should I include in an estimate request?
Include the service, your contact details, and property address. Additional details are optional; floor size, existing condition, intended use, and timing help us prepare for the conversation.
How much will my floor cost?
The area, concrete condition, preparation, system, and access affect the scope. Use the cost guide and area calculator to organize your information before requesting an estimate.
Finishes and suitability
How do flake, metallic, and solid finishes differ?
Flake gives a chip pattern, metallic creates flowing visual movement, and solid color has a simpler appearance. Compare the finish families, then discuss the system and texture for your actual use.
Can I get the exact look in a photo?
A photograph can establish a direction. Compare physical samples and discuss lighting, color, pattern, and sheen before confirming your selection.
What if my basement has moisture?
Tell us about dampness, leaks, or previous coating failure before the assessment. The source and slab conditions need review; a decorative coating does not replace a solution for active water problems.
Can a damaged or painted floor be coated?
Existing coatings, damage, and surface condition need evaluation. Removal and repairs should be identified in the proposed scope.
Installation and everyday use
How long will installation take?
The system, preparation, floor size, conditions, and access affect the schedule. Confirm both the work dates and separate return times for people, belongings, equipment, and vehicles.
Can my business stay open during the work?
Tell us which routes or areas must stay open. Phasing depends on boundaries, preparation, access, and curing; it needs to be planned before scheduling.
Will the floor be slippery when wet?
Discuss expected wet conditions, footwear, cleaning, and surface texture when choosing the system. Appearance alone does not determine slip performance.
How do I clean the new floor?
Follow the instructions for the installed system. The floor care guide explains the information to request and keep with your project records.
What warranty is included?
Ask for any applicable written warranty with your estimate. Confirm its coverage, exclusions, care requirements, and claims process before accepting the proposal.
